Order Status

  1. Locate the FedEx or UPS tracking number in the e-mail confirmation you received from us. If you cannot find an e-mail
    confirmation from us, check your SPAM or JUNK folder as auto-generated notifications can be routed that way.

  2. Track your package on either the FedEx or UPS website.

  3. NOTE:  
    Orders with multiple items may ship in more than one box and/or from more than one location.
    In this case, you will receive one e-mail confirmation and tracking number per shipment.
