The MAX Cargo Carrier is the largest and most popular cargo carrier,
with 16 cubic feet of storage space and 200 lbs of gear capacity. Molded
with a high impact polymer the Max box is super durable and comes
complete with taillights, side reflectors, lock and weep holes to
prevent water from getting to your gear. Comes on our patented
swingaway frame

MAX Cargo Carrier Packages
- Base Package: includes cargo carrier, fixed or swingaway frame, license plate bracket (with light) and hitch tightener
- Plus Package: Base Package plus a hitch lock and an LED taillight upgrade (not recommended for Swedish and German vehicles including Sprinter chassis) $40.
- Total Package: Add a bike rack, hitch rack and
bike cable lock to the Base and Plus Packages. All racks are
interchangeable on either frame. Price for the Total upgrade is $265.00.

Items purchased through the StowAway website are typically be processed and ready for shipment within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are shipped within the lower 48 states via FedEx or UPS ground. Please call for available express options and additional charges. There is no sales tax in Oregon so we do not charge sales tax on U.S. orders regardless of your destination. StowAway orders are shipped to Alaska via Span Alaska and generally take 7 to 10 business days. Shipping costs to Alaska generally range from $100 to $200, depending upon the model and whether the product is shipped to the port or to the customer's home. Smaller items are generally shipped to Alaska by U.S. Mail.

We ship StowAway orders to Canada by either FedEx Ground or US Mail. We calculate shipping based on the dollar amount of your order as specified in the following table. For shipments less than $200, rates do not include duties, taxes or other fees. Shipments over $200 will be sent via FedEx ground and include duties and taxes.
