StowAway Towing Frame
The Towing Frame makes it possible to mount a cargo carrier, hitch rack or bike rack
plus
tow a small car, boat or trailer. Towing Hitch Carriers from StowAway
are compatible with 2" trailer hitches and feature a second 2" receiver
hitch integrated into the rugged steel frame. Simply insert your frame
into your receiver hitch, bolt your cargo box or rack to the frame and
you are ready to tow. Towing frame hitch carriers are compatible with
any of StowAway's cargo boxes, cargo racks, or bike racks.

- Fits Class III and above 2" trailer hitches
- Up to 150 lbs. tongue weight capacity on the hitch.
- Towing capacity rated for a 1,500 lb. trailer or up to a 4,000 lb. vehicle being towed with all 4 tires on the road
- Hitch coupling tightener to secure frame to receiver
hitch and prevent side-to-side wobble. An optional second hitch
coupling tightener is recommended for use between the frame and your tow
bar
- Weighs 25 lbs.

Items purchased through the StowAway website are typically be processed and ready for shipment within 1 to 2 business days. Orders are shipped within the lower 48 states via FedEx or UPS ground. Please call for available express options and additional charges. There is no sales tax in Oregon so we do not charge sales tax on U.S. orders regardless of your destination. StowAway orders are shipped to Alaska via Span Alaska and generally take 7 to 10 business days. Shipping costs to Alaska generally range from $100 to $200, depending upon the model and whether the product is shipped to the port or to the customer's home. Smaller items are generally shipped to Alaska by U.S. Mail.

We ship StowAway orders to Canada by either FedEx Ground or US Mail. We calculate shipping based on the dollar amount of your order as specified in the following table. For shipments less than $200, rates do not include duties, taxes or other fees. Shipments over $200 will be sent via FedEx ground and include duties and taxes.
