• Hitch stabilizer / tightener prevents rattling, wobbling, rocking and hitch movement for cargo carriers, hitch racks, bike racks and trailer ball mount brands such as Thule, Rola, Yakima, Inno, Draw-Tite, Hidden Hitch, Reese and StowAway
• Includes a heavy-duty stainless steel U-bolt and thick powder coated plate that will stand up to all weather conditions and loads. Easy installation by sliding the U-bolt over the stinger, sliding the tightener plate into the bolt, and tightening it in place with the included hardware, can be mounted from the bottom if hitch ground clearance is low
• Hitch stabilizer / tightener is compatible with all hitch brands, including Curt, Blue Ox, Hidden Hitch and U-Haul, among others, and hitch classes I, II, III, and IV (1, 2, 3 and 4), both 2” and 1.25” models, ideal for hitches on SUV’s, vans, trucks, RV’s, sedans and trailers.

Free Shipping within the Continental U.S.

We offer free shipping on all orders within the Continental United States. Items purchased through the StowAway website are typically processed and ready for shipment within 1-2 business days. During the summer months (or right before a holiday) this could change to 3-4 processing days. Please call to confirm current lead times before placing your order.

For orders within the lower 48 states, we ship with either FedEx or USPS ground. Please call for available express options and applicable shipping charges. There is no sales tax in Oregon, so we do not charge sales tax on U.S. orders, regardless of your destination.

Shipping to Alaska

StowAway orders ship to Alaska via Span Alaska and generally take 7 to 10 business days. Shipping costs to Alaska generally range from $100 to $200, depending on the product. Orders ship to the closest port via barge. We generally ship smaller items to Alaska by U.S. Mail. Shipping to Hawaii

We generally ship orders to Hawaii by air. At the customer's request, we can also ship orders to Hawaii by sea. Please fill out our Quote Request Form for a shipping quote to Hawaii. One of our Customer Service Representatives will email you a quote by the end of the next business day.

Shipping to Canada
