The cargo rack was easy to install, however no directions were included for attaching the fixed frame to the basket. The items were delivered ahead of schedule. The net was ordered but did not arrive with the delivery. A call to customer service was all it took to get the item delivered in two days.

IT works just like it should. I carry a 3000W Honda generator on it.

Very good quality product, solid steel. Works just like it is supposed to, kind of a pain getting the bolt through the attachment of the swing arm and the hitch arm. If the manufacture can do that extra labor before shipping, I would have given 5 stars on installation

The StowAway cargo carrier is awesome! Very fast shipping easy to install and operate. The swing away design is a no brainer compared to a fixed carrier. They could probably knock off about $100. But I feel it is a great buy if you need a swing away carrier.

The only disappointment I have is that due to the location of the spare tire, I cannot place the 2nd hole of the arm into the hitch that U-Haul installed on my Ford Transit Connect. This means that the stowaway arm will have to stick out further from the body of my car than I desired.
