StowAway orders ship to Alaska via Span Alaska and generally take 7 to 10 business days. Shipping costs to Alaska generally range from $100 to $200, depending on the product. Orders ship to the closest port via barge. We generally ship smaller items to Alaska by U.S. Mail. Great replacement part. Better than the original but we need installation videos

no installation instructions

The replacement part was expensive but necessary. I liked how sturdy the cables were but I had many questions about the removal of the old cables and the installation of the new cables. I couldn't find cable installation videos on the stowaway2 website or on YouTube, so I was on my own. I winged it, not too difficult, just not really sure about a couple details. The stowaway2 has been a companion on many adventures so the functionality of the break lights were important to me. I hope I installed it correctly.

<p>Bought this because my original cord got pinched in the swing frame. Thought about simply cutting out the bad section and splicing the cord but this will be a much better fix. Haven't gotten around to installing it yet but harness looks to be of good quality, complete and should be very easy to install. Price is a bit spendy.</p>

The product (carrier) is excellent. I've had it for 7 years and continue to recommend it to friends.
Most recently I order a replacement harness. the customer service was excellent. I initially ordered the wrong one and had to re-order. The new harness has been installed and works great. You gave me an RMA for the first harness I ordered and it is enroute to you now.
