Includes two keys for secure locking
Compatible with all hitches up to 3" thick (outside edge to outside edge of hitch). Will not work with built-up hitches or hitches wider than 3".
NOTE: May not work with some Sprinter style vans with angled trailer plugs; a minimum clearance of 4" is required on both sides of hitch pin hole for pin & key access.

Make certain your hitch rack stays secured to your car, truck, or SUV with the StowAway Hitch Lock. Made from hardened steel and sized to match 1.25 and 2 inch hitches, this simple locking device ensures your StowAway frame stays right where you need it!

1.25" Hitch Pin fits all standard Class 1 and 2 hitch pin holes (1/2" diameter)
2" Hitch Pin fits all standard Class 3, 4, and 5 hitch pin holes (5/8" diameter)

Free Shipping within the Continental U.S.

We offer free shipping on all orders within the Continental United States. Items purchased through the StowAway website are typically processed and ready for shipment within 1-2 business days. During the summer months (or right before a holiday) this could change to 3-4 processing days. Please call to confirm current lead times before placing your order.

For orders within the lower 48 states, we ship with either FedEx or USPS ground. Please call for available express options and applicable shipping charges. There is no sales tax in Oregon, so we do not charge sales tax on U.S. orders, regardless of your destination.

Shipping to Alaska

StowAway orders ship to Alaska via Span Alaska and generally take 7 to 10 business days. Shipping costs to Alaska generally range from $100 to $200, depending on the product. Orders ship to the closest port via barge. We generally ship smaller items to Alaska by U.S. Mail. Please fill out our Quote Request Form and one of our Customer Service Representatives will email you a quote by the end of the next business day.

Shipping to Hawaii

We generally ship orders to Hawaii by air. At the customer's request, we can also ship orders to Hawaii by sea. Please fill out our Quote Request Form for a shipping quote to Hawaii. One of our Customer Service Representatives will email you a quote by the end of the next business day.

Shipping to Canada

Quality material. I highly doubt someone will "walk" away with this cargo carrier, but for the price of this lockable pin, it's worth the peace of mind.

Love it. We bought a different swing arm and returned it because this one fits tighter to the back of the vehicle and is more secure. Only draw back is can only open right rear door of
Van 60%. Which is still plenty of room just not 100%

I submitted my vehicle information (2025 Toyota Landcruiser) when ordering. Unfortunately, the tow hitch locking pin I received is too short for the vehicle's frame. Do you have a longer pin available?
Response from StowAway2 Cargo Carriers: Thank you for the feedback. Our hitch lock is a universal style with clearance for hitches up to 3" thick, as stated on the product details page. Unfortunately, some newer style Toyota's have built-up hitches that are too thick to be compatible with our hitch lock. Please contact us to arrange for a refund on your hitch lock purchase.
