We offer free shipping on all orders within the Continental United States. Items purchased through the StowAway website are typically processed and ready for shipment within 1-2 business days. For orders within the lower 48 states, we ship with either FedEx or USPS ground. Please call for available express options and applicable shipping charges. There is no sales tax in Oregon, so we do not charge sales tax on U.S. orders, regardless of your destination.

Shipping to Alaska

StowAway orders ship to Alaska via Span Alaska and generally take 7 to 10 business days. Shipping costs to Alaska generally range from $100 to $200, depending on the product. Orders ship to the closest port via barge. We generally ship smaller items to Alaska by U.S. Mail. Shipping to Hawaii

We generally ship orders to Hawaii by air. At the customer's request, we can also ship orders to Hawaii by sea. Please fill out our Quote Request Form for a shipping quote to Hawaii. One of our Customer Service Representatives will email you a quote by the end of the next business day.

Shipping to Canada

Always have enjoyed my StowAway, and the your customer service.
The replacement gasket I ordered was received promptly, but, no
instructions were included.
It was 40 degrees when I attempted to install the gasket.
After removing all of the ugly duct tape, I found that the installation was not going to happen in on a 40 degree surface.
If I had been instructed to apply to a warm surface, I would not have had the frustration of the duct tape removal and re-duct taping (ugly again).
This is now a spring hair dryer project.
A short heads-up note should be included with the gaskets.

The replacement gasket was installed without a problem. It appears to be about 4 ft. too short. A call to customer service and was told that is the way it was designed. I'm not sure how the remaining area will be sealed from the elements.

tightens up tour tired gaskets

My box is 11 years old and getting too much water inside. Replaced with this and could feel it close more tightly. Pulled the old gasket off but a plastic liner remained. I used my heat gun to remove it and glue remained. Used Varnish Makers and Painters Naptha to remove the glue residue. Also used a red scrubbing pad (the kind used for glass top stoves). Fairly easy. Naptha is a wonderful solvent. Does most of the work for you.
